Our STEM toys are shipped from various international warehouses to ensure you have access to the best selection of educational products.

Shipping costs are based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before payment.


  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation
  2. Click the tracking link provided, OR
  3. Visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number

Please Note: Tracking information may take 2-5 days to update after shipment.


For orders shipped to Canada, most packages will not incur customs fees. However, in some cases:

  • Customs processing may cause slight delays
  • You may be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities
  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If your order has not arrived within 35 business days from the order date, please contact us and we will investigate.


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at infos@mindlabstoys.ca and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.


If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed package

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost Packages:

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  3. Contact your local post office
  4. If still not found, contact us within 7 days

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

We can ship to P.O. Boxes in Canada. Please note that some larger items may not be deliverable to P.O. Boxes and may require an alternative address.
